You won't be left on your own, however - experienced colleagues will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
As soon as you join, you'll have a full induction to introduce you to the way we work. From then on, we'll work with you to identify a route that will help you to achieve your goals. If you're a permanent employee, we'll help you put together a personal development plan. We'll also provide a selection of development workshops covering both technical and softer skills.
From the outset, we'll help you identify your training requirements and create a personal development plan. You'll then have access to a wide range of learning resources. Depending on your position, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in a number of courses that will lead to a nationally-recognised qualification with the Virtual College and City and Guilds.
These widely-recognised managerial qualifications will both enhance your skills and help you progress in your career.
That said, there's no substitute for real-life experience - especially when it comes to running a business like ours. You can therefore expect to do most of your learning informally and on-the-job. Apprenticeships: This eighteen-month programme will allow you to gain several invaluable qualifications -including a Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration. It's an ideal programme for those who want to progress and take on more responsibility. Aspiring Team Manager Programme: This is for people who want to take their first step into management. You will be enrolled on our Aspiring Team Manager programme, which looks at both the operational and behavioural competencies you'll need to become one of our Managers. This programme is open to around 15 employee partners each year.

Team Manager Development Programme - This is a development programme aimed at junior managers who lead a small team and want to build their skills in areas like performance and change management, and staff development. It will lead to you gaining a City and Guilds Diploma in Leadership Development.
Manager Development Programme - This programme is aimed at managers who've already have experience leading larger teams. You will have complete flexibility over your choice of modules. It will lead to an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership Development.
As well as workshops and formal qualifications we also have our Learning Management System, which contains various self-study materials and contains a vast array of learning..
